  2. Post sign and lockbox are installed and the home is put in the multiple listing service.

  3. A professionally executed “virtual tour” is set up before the home goes on the market and is put on several popular web sites when the house is put into the multiple listing.

  4. Follow up on EVERY showing of the property.

  5. As part of our Realtor.com package, your home goes into numerous other web sites including the Wall Street Journal real estate site, Monster Moving, etc. These generate thousands of hits.

  6. A custom tailored financing flyer is provided for prospects.

  7. A color brochure with picture of the home and its special features is provided inside the home for interested buyers.

  8. The first weekend on the market, an open house is held with ads in the Washington Post and on washingtonpost.com

  9. With our firm EVERY sign and ad call comes to us. This is unlike many firms that have “floor duty” for beginning agents who then get the calls on your home. No one wants to sell your home more than we do and no one knows it better.
